How to open the gas tank cover of a vauxhall corsa comfort 1.2?

I just bought a used vauxhall corsa comfort 1.2, I can't open the gas tank cover manually and neither can't find a lever to mechanically open the cover. I need help ASAP. Thanks.|||look in the handbook or buy a haynes manual.|||First of all try the instruction manual for the car

its a long shot but, some cars fuel tank flaps are connected to the locking systems and dont unlock till you press the unlock button on the key (even if the doors are open if you get what i mean). so try stopping the car taking the keys out of the ignition and pressing the unlock button then trying it.

To check if it has a lock on it get a light and shine it round about the edge and you should see a lock (like you would on a regular house door) if there is one and pressing the unlock button doesnt shift it then take it to the garage as there must be a fault with it.

like i said a long shot but it might work

good luck|||right if you have a fob press unlock twice if you just have a key turn in the drivers door lock to unlock position twice failing that im afraid you have a problem could be a blown fuse could be a solenoid faulty|||Press the unlock button on the key twice, then you should be able to pull it open.|||If it has central locking, then the car has to be open to operate the fuel flap solenoid.hope this helps|||You couild give the peron or garage that you bought it from a ring and they could tell you!
